TUTORIAL : How to Make Mie Tiaw Goreng



Mie Tiaw Goreng


The Mie Tiaw Goreng is as follows :

1.            400 grams of Mie Tiaw
2.            100 grams Sprouts, remove the roots
3.            100 grams Green Sawi, cut into pieces
4.            2 pieces Sausage, cut into pieces
5.            1 stalk Leaf Onion, cut into pieces
6.            1 spoon of soy sauce
7.            2 Spoon of Sweet Soy
8.            1 Garlic clove, on slices
9.            1 teaspoon Salt
10.          Cooking oil, to taste
11.          Pepper, to taste
12.          Chicken Broth, to taste
13.          5 pieces of Cow meatballs, cut into pieces


How To Make Mie Tiaw Goreng :

1. Heat cooking oil, saute garlic that has been sliced until fragrant, then enter the sausage that has been cut and that has been cooked, enter the beef meatballs that have been cut.

2. Enter the chicken stock, put the mustard greens and sprouts that have been washed and cooked until cooked. Add Mie Tiaw and mix well.

3. Pour soy sauce, soy sauce, pepper and salt mix well. Cook until all ingredients are cooked.

4. Stir back until Mie Tiaw wrapped in soy sauce and other seasonings perfectly then lift and serve immediately.

5. Serve while warm with a sprinkled onion leaf.

6. Fried Tiaw Noodles ready to eat.
